Our project ‘Westwood’ had an existing 1800 sq ft, pastiche arts and crafts house, that was in a bad state of repair, and sat on an under-utilised plot. The site overlooks Crystal Palace Park to the front and a woodland to the rear.

Through a long planning process due to the location in an Area of Special Character, we obtained planning for 9 new build flats of circa 750m2 referencing the character of the local vernacular including window ratios, Portland Stone detailing and the roof ridgeline.
