Our project ‘Taylors’ was an existing 2-storey office building set within a mews in a residential area in Clapham. Having started its’ life as a Victorian launderette, it has had many subsequent lives including a fireworks factory, builders storage yard and finally as an office from the early ‘90s.

We achieved planning to add an additional floor to create a 4 bed 4 bath luxury family property. Using the original fabric, including the bare bricks walls, and playing on its commercial heritage by installing crittall style windows and other industrial features, we have created a 2,200sq ft stylish home.
